Yes—Pilates can be safe and very beneficial during pregnancy, as long as it’s modified appropriately and you have clearance from your healthcare provider.
We are not certified to instruct on women expecting, however we will instruct to the best of our knowledge. Not doing deep-twisting movements or laying on your back after the 1st trimester is not recommended. If you are coming to class and are pregnant, please let the instructor know at least 24 hours in advance.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a class. Mats and equipment are supplied in class. Just bring a water! You are also free to bring your own mat or ankle/wrist weights if desired!

At The Pilates Haus, you must be atleast 16 years old and have a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, anyone above the age of 18 is welcome!
